肾病综合征并发急性肾功能衰竭的病因分析

为了进一步探讨肾病综合征并发急性肾功能衰竭的相关因素和发病机理,对13例肾病综合征并发急性肾功能竭的病因资料进行了分析。病因明确者8例,其中急性间质性肾炎4例、急性血容量不足2例、急性血容量不足加降压过度1例、急性肾静脉血栓形成1例,病因不明者5例。分析表明,各种原因所致的急性低血容量、药物性急性间质性肾炎、肾间质水肿、急性肾静脉血栓形成等因素是肾病综合征并发急性肾功能衰竭的主要病因。

Etiologic Analysis of Acute Renal FailureResuIts From Nephrotic Syndrome

To go further into the relative factors and pathogenesis of nephrotic syndrome complicated with acute re failure, eddogic datas in 13 acute renal failure resulting from nephrotic syndrome were observed in this paper. The results showed that the pathogeny of 8 cases was clear. Among these 4belonged to acute drug interstitial nephritis,! acute hypovolemia , 1 acute hypovolemia and excessive low blood pressure and 1 acute renal veinthrombosis.The pathogeny of Scases was not clear.It is concluded that acute hypovolemia results from the manifold causes ,acute drug interstitial nephritis,renal interstitial edema, a-cute renal vein thrombosis and so on play an important role in the pathogenesis of acute renal failurecom-plicated by nephrotic syndrome.
