摘    要:目的:探讨冠心病患者血清C反应蛋白与血管内皮损伤的关系。方法:以45例冠心病患者为研究对象.以15例其他心脏病患者和20例健康者作为对照组,测定他们外周血循环内皮细胞(CEC)数量及血清C反应蛋白水平.并进行分析比较。结果:冠心病患者组CEC数量和C反应蛋白水平明显高于其他心脏病组和对照组(P〈0.05)冠心病患者CEC数量和C反应蛋白呈正相关(r=0.78。P〈0.05)。结论:冠心病患者的血管内皮损伤可能与CEC数量及C反应蛋白水平有关,二者的协同作用可能在动脉粥样硬化的发病机制中发挥重要作用。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the changes of C-reactive protein(CRP) levels and its relation to the endothelial injury in patients with coronary artery disease (CAD). Methods: The number of circulating endothelial cell (CEC) was measured in CAD patients and also in the control group of patients with other heart disease and normal subjects. meanwhile the level of serum C reactive protein were detected with scatter nephelometry in three groups. Results: The number of CEC and level of CRP were significantly higher in CAD patients than those in patients with other heart disease and normal control group (P〈0.05). The number of CEC was positively correlated with CRP in CAD patients (r=0. 78. P〈0.05) Conclusion: CEC and CRP may be involved in endothelial dysfunction of coronary artery disease; the close correlation between CEC and CRP may be contributing to the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis.
