| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨参芪扶正注射液对老年多脏器功能不全综合征(MODSE)的疗效。方法:37例MODSE患者随机分为2组,治疗组2 0例在常规治疗基础上加用静滴参芪扶正注射液。两组在用药前后测定T淋巴细胞亚群、免疫球蛋白以及皮质醇,并评价疗效。结果:治疗组细胞免疫和体液免疫功能的改善优于对照组,治疗组有效率90 .0 % ,对照组总有效率为6 4 .7%。结论:参芪扶正注射液对MODSE有重要的防治作用

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effects of She nqi Fuzheng injection on mul tiple organ dysfunction syndrome in the elderly(MODSE).Methods: Thirty-seven patients with MODSE were randomly divided into treatm ent group(20 cases) and control group(17 cases ). Treatment group were treated b y Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with routine therapy. T-lymphocyte subpopula tions,immunoglobulins and cortisol were measured in both groups before and af ter treatment. Results: Immune function of treatmen t group was increased, compared with that of control group.The total eff ective rates were 90.0% in treatment group and 64.7% in control group. Conclusion:Shenqi Fuzheng injection has important effects of prevention and cure on MODSE. |
