| 摘 要： | 目的:了解我院精神药物的应用状况及发展趋势。方法:采用用药金额排序和用药频度(DDDs)排序分析方法对我院2002年~2005年度精神药物的应用情况进行统计分析。结果:精神药物的年用药金额逐年上升,而DDDs却逐年下降。2005年精神药物年用药金额分别是2002年、2003年及2004年的2.29倍、2.02倍及1.37倍。结论:我院精神药物的应用基本合理,精神药物的使用有逐年上升的趋势,应用前景广阔。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To investigate the utilization situation and future trend of psychoactive drug.METHODS: The psychoactive drugs used in our hospital from 2002 to 2005 were analyzed statistically in terms of sequence of consumption sum and DDDs.RESULTS: For psychoactive drugs,the annual consumption sum was increasing but the annual DDDs was decreasing year by year.The consumption sum of psychoactive drugs in 2005 was 2.29,2.02 and1.37 times compared with that in 2002,2003 and 2004,respectively.CONCLUSION: The use of psychoactive drug in our hospital is generally reasonable,which showed an increasing tendency and the use of which is promising. |
