血清乳铁蛋白水平在儿童变应性鼻炎中的临床应用探讨

目的研究血清乳铁蛋白(LF)水平变化及其与儿童变应性鼻炎(AR)的相关性。方法对102例临床诊断为AR的儿童和35例健康儿童分为AR组(轻度间歇组、轻度持续组、中-重度间歇组、中-重度持续组,分别为30例、28例、23例、21例)和对照组,分别采集静脉血,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定LF和白介素-5(IL-5)水平。结果 AR各组患者血清LF水平均明显低于对照组,IL-5水平均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(q分别=2.52、3.14、3.22、3.37;3.58、3.73、3.88、3.97,P均<0.05);轻度持续AR组、中-重度间歇AR组和中-重度持续AR组血清LF水平均明显低于轻度间歇AR组,IL-5水平均明显高于轻度间歇AR组,差异均有统计学意义(q分别=3.13、3.52、3.67;3.82、3.95、4.32,P均<0.05);中-重度间歇AR组和中-重度持续AR组血清LF水平均明显低于轻度持续AR组,IL-5水平均明显高于轻度持续AR组,差异均有统计学意义(q分别=3.83、4.11;4.27、4.54,P均<0.05);中-重度持续AR组血清LF水平明显低于中-重度间歇AR组...

Clinical significance of serum lactoferrin levels in children with allergic rhinitis
