《元敖氏捷径伤寒金镜录》与《彩图辨舌指南》辨舌察脏腑比较研究

舌与脏腑、经络、气血、津液有着密切的联系, 舌诊是通过观察病人舌质和舌苔的变化以诊断疾病的方法。《元敖氏捷径伤寒金镜录》与《彩图辨舌指南》是舌诊专着中的代表之作, 均重视辨舌察脏腑。通过对两书进行比较研究, 发现在辨舌察脏腑上二者既存在共识, 又各有其独到之处。通过文献整理研究, 以期传承中医诊断学之精华。

Compariative study of tongue diagnosis between Yuan Aoshi Jiejing Shanghan Jinjinglu and Caitu Bianshe Zhinan

It has intimate relationship of tongue and viscera, Qi and blood, body fluid, main and collateral channels, tongue diagnosis is the method of diagnosis of disease by observing the changes of the tongue in the patients. Yuan Aoshi Jiejing Shanghan Jinjinglu and Caitu Bianshe Zhinan is the representative works of tongue diagnosis, all attaches great importance to viscera. In this paper, by comparative study of the two books, the author found the two books in tongue diagnosis was consensus, and each had its originality, through literature research, to inherit the essence of diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine.
