摘    要:目的:研究铁皮石斛茎中挥发性化学成分。方法:采用正己烷蒸馏法从铁皮石斛中提取挥发性成分,并用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术,对铁皮石斛茎中的挥发性成分进行了测定。结果:共鉴定出31种化学成分,其中含量较高的主要有亚油酸甲酯(5.852%)、二十五烷(10.132%)、22,23-二氢豆甾醇(11.093%)和己二酸二辛酯(21.115%)等。结论:铁皮石斛茎的挥发性成分中含有多种化学成分,主要包括烷烃、酸、烯烃、酯、甾醇、二萜、蒽醌等类化学成分。该研究为进一步开发利用铁皮石斛茎资源提供了科学依据。

Abstract:Objectiv e: To study the chemical constituents of volatile oil from Dendrobium officinale stem by GC-MS. Methods: The volatile components of the plant were obtained by n-hexane distillation method and then analyzed by GC-MS. Results: A total of 31 kinds of chemical components were identified with the computer standard spectra as linoleic acid methyl ester(5. 852% ), pentadecane( 10. 132% ), 22, and adipie dioctyl phthalate(21.115% ) etc. Conclusion: The volatile oil of D. 23-dihydro stigmasterol ( 11. 093 % ) officinale stem contained a variety of chemical components, including alkanes, acids, olefins, esters, sterols, diterpenoid, anthraquinone etc. The study provides a scientific basis for further development and utilization of D. officinale resources. ]
