脑卒中患者偏瘫的早期康复锻炼

目的 探讨急性脑卒中伴偏瘫患开展患肢早期康复锻炼的意义。方法 对100例脑卒中患分成康复组60例和对照组40例。康复锻炼采用床上医疗初级体操，从发病1周后开始实行，为期3周，由护理人员实施患肢被动运动。结果 康复组与对照组之间，患肢肌力改善程度差异有显性。结论 早期康复锻炼可有效改善偏瘫程度，有助于提高生活质量。

Early Rehabilitation Training in Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia

Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation training in acute stroke patients with hemilpegia. Method 100 cases of patients were assigned to treatment group and control group. Rehabilitation training adopted primary medical exercises on bed one week after onset of stroke. The duration of training was three weeks. Passive movement of hemiplegic limbs was carried out by nursing personnel at the same time. Results There was significant difference in improvement of muscle strength between the traetment group and control group. Conclusion Early rehabilitation training was beneficial in improving hemiplegia and quality of life.
