| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨护理措施在静脉肾盂造影中的应用。方法：对420例静脉肾盂造影患者于检查前、检查过程、检查结束各个阶段采取护理配合措施。结果：22例发生轻度药物不良反应,其中使用离子型碘对比剂16例（9.6%）,非离子型碘对比剂6例（2.3%）。12例腹部加压不能耐受经调整压力后继续检查,患者经过实施适当的护理干预,均顺利完成检查。结论：针对静脉肾盂造影各个阶段采取护理配合措施,有利于检查医师顺利完成造影检查。
