| 摘 要： | 温州医学院附属第二医院自建立专科医师培训基地以来,根据我国专科医师培训的现状及存在的问题,结合多年的住院医师规范化培训实践经验,在培训对象、培训模式、培训期间人事管理、培训方案、培训基地建设等方面进行了实践探索,并就培训过程中遇到的一些难点进行了思考。

| Abstract: | Since special doctor training base has been in Wenzhou Affiliated 2nd Hospital, training objects, mode, human resource management, training plan and training base construction were explored. Based on the status and problems of special doctor training, difficulties of special doctor training were discussed. |
