| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）组织中端酶活性表达和P53蛋白表达的意义。方法 采用PCR-ELISA检测端粒酶活性，S-P检测P53蛋白表达。结果 癌组织中端粒酶活性表达与P53蛋白表达明显高于正常组织，且端粒酶活性高低，P53蛋白表达均与细胞分化程度、淋巴结转移密切相关。结论 测定NSCLC组织中端粒酶活性表达，P53蛋白表达对探讨NSCLC发生、发展有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the significances of telomerase activity and P53 expression in Non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods The activity of telomerase in cancerous tissues was detected by PCR ELISA, and the expression of P53 protein was detected by S P method. Results The telomerase activity and P53 expression were significantly higher in NSCLC tissues than in normal lung tissues. The telomerase activity and P53 expression had close association with the differentiation of cancer cells and lymph node metastasis. Conclusion It is very valuable to measure telomerase activity and P53 expression in studying the initiation and progression of NSCLC. |
