接触式激光前列腺下半部切除术治疗大体积前列腺增生症

目的　评价接触式激光前列腺下半部切除术治疗大体积良性前列腺增生症 (BPH)的疗效。方法　采用接触式激光前列腺下半部切除术和常规接触式激光前列腺切除术对 82例腺体 >5 0ml的高危BPH患者进行随机治疗。结果　前列腺下半部切除术与常规TULc P手术并发症无显著性差异 ,而手术时间和部分检测指标 ,两者差异有显著意义。结论　接触式激光前列腺下半部切除术能够明显缩短手术时间 ,安全有效地改善BPH患者的症状和客观排尿指标 ,对于高危BPH患者 ,尤其是腺体偏大者 ,是一种适宜的治疗方法

Transurethral Contact Laser Lower-half Prostatectomy in the Treatment of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia Patients with Prostate Larger Than 50 ml

Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of the transurethral contact laser lower half prostatectomy. Methods Eighty two BPH patients with prostate larger than 50 ml were randomized and treated with transurethral contact laser prostatectomy or transurethral contact laser lower half prostatectomy. Results The difference of operation time between the two groups is significant, P<0 001. With 10 month follow up the differences of operation related complications and subjective parameters between them are not significant. While two objective parameters of the trial group are significantly lower than that of the control group. Conclusions Transurethral contact laser lower half prostatectomy is able to resolve urinary obstruction caused by BPH safely, effectively and shorten the operation time significantly. It is suitable for high risk BPH patients with large prostate.
