颈动脉血管成形及支架置入术治疗短暂性脑缺血发作23例临床观察

目的:探讨颈动脉血管成形及支架置入术(CAS)治疗短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)的可行性及有效性。方法:选取短暂性脑缺血发作患者43例,随机分成两组,其中CAS治疗组23例,单纯药物治疗组20例。对CAS治疗组患者施行CAS,药物治疗组患者单纯给予合适剂量的氯吡格雷、阿司匹林及阿托伐他汀治疗。对所有患者进行12个月的随访,并分别在治疗前和治疗后根据美国国立卫生院卒中量表(NIHSS)对患者的神经功能缺损评分。结果:CAS组患者施行CAS后1个月、6个月和12个月的评分与药物组患者治疗后相同时间点的评分相比,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:对TIA患者施行CAS可明显改善其神经功能缺损,与单纯药物治疗相比,效果显著,且安全性高,值得在临床中广泛推广应用。

Carotid angioplasty and stenting in the treatment of clinical study on transient ischemic attack

Objective To investigate the feasibility of Carotid angioplasty and stenting（ CAS） for treatment of transient ischemic attack（ TIA）. Methods 43 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the CAS group of 23 cases,20 cases of simple drug treatment group. The implementation of CAS in CAS patients in the treatment group,clopidogrel,aspirin and atorvastatin treatment group patients were treated with appropriate doses of atorvastatin treatment. For the 12 months follow- up for all patients,and respectively before treatment and after treatment,according to the National Institutes of Health Stroke America scale（ NIHSS） score of neural function defect of patients. Results 1 month,6 months and 12 months in group CAS underwent CAS score and drug group patients after the same time point score compared to,P〈 0. 05,significant difference,with statistical significance. Conclusions The CAS implementation can significantly improve the neurological function of patients with TIA,compared,and simple drug treatment effect is remarkable,and high safety,and is worthy of popularization in clinical application.
