中药鸡内金研究进展

为深入研究和开发利用鸡内金提供科学依据,笔者查阅了近年来关于鸡内金的研究文献,对鸡内金的品种鉴别、炮制历史沿革、传统炮制方法的局限与创新、质量评价方法、药理作用与前景展望等方面进行总结与概括。鸡内金为既是食品又是药品的中药,建议开发成天然保健食品、药膳、组方应用等均能发挥其更大的药用价值,具有广阔的开发应用前景。

The Research Progress of Jineijin

In order to provide the scientific basis for the further research and development of JiNeiJin,the author had read many literature researches of JiNeiJing in recent years. We summarized the discrimination,the history of processing,the limit of traditional and innovation processing of JiNeiJin,the quality evaluation method and the development in the future. It can be used as medicine and food. It＇s an innoxious traditional Chinese medicine and plays an important medical value in healthy food,herbal cuisine and traditional Chinese compound. So it can have a bright market prospects.
