膝关节纵切口髌骨爪内固定治疗髌骨骨折30例临床观察

目的:探讨膝关节纵切口髌骨爪内固定治疗髌骨骨折的临床疗效。方法:选取髌骨骨折患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组采取髌骨爪内固定治疗,对照组采取克氏针张力带内固定治疗,观察两组的手术时间、骨折愈合时间、关节功能恢复情况以及术后并发症。结果:观察组手术时间、关节功能恢复情况以及术后并发症与对照组相比,具有统计学意义(P0.05),两组患者骨折愈合时间比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:髌骨爪内固定治疗髌骨骨折疗效确切,有关节功能恢复快,术后并发症低等优点,值得临床借鉴。

The clinical analysis of the treatment of fractures of the patella knee patella claw in the longitudinal incision

Objective To investigate the knee longitudinal incision patella fixation for treatment of patellar fractures,further guide clinical. Methods 60 patients in our hospital from 2011 January to 2014 January were patella fractures,according to the principle of randomized controlled,the patients were divided into observation group and control group,each group had 30 cases. The observation group 30 cases take patella fixation,and 30 cases in the control group were treated with Kirschner wire tension band fixation,to observe the operation time,two groups of fracture healing time,the recovery of joint function and complications after operation. Results In the observation group,operation time,recovery of joint function and complications after operation as compared with the control group,the difference was significant,with statistical significance（ P 〈0. 05）,two groups of patients with fracture healing time had no significant difference（ P 〉0. 05）. Conclusion Patella fixation for the treatment of patella fracture curative effect,the joint function recovery,postoperative complications is low,it is worthy of clinical reference.
