优质护理服务在心血管内科患者中的应用分析

目的：探讨优质护理服务在心血管内科患者中的应用效果。方法选取2011年6月～2012年10月在我院心血管内科治疗的患者64例，将其患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各32例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上给予优质护理服务，比较两组患者的焦虑因子，人际关系敏感因子得分，患者满意度及患者家属陪护率。结果观察组患者焦虑因子与人际关系敏感因子得分均显著低于对照组，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05），观察组患者的总体满意度为90.63％，显著高于对照组（81.25％）；观察组患者家属陪护率为25.71％，明显低于对照组（46.78％），两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论对心血管内科患者采用优质护理服务可有效提高护理服务质量，提高患者满意度和生活质量，值得临床推广使用。

Application analysis of quality care on cardiovascular medicine patients

Objective To explore the application effect of quality care on cardiovascular medicine patients. Methods 64 patients with cardiovascular medicine in our hospital from June 2011 to October 2012 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group had 32 cases. The control group was given routine care and the observation group was given high-quality care on the basis of routine nursing. Scores of anxiety factor and interpersonal sensitivity factor, patients＆#39; satisfaction and accompany the family members of patients rate in the two groups were compared. Results The anxiety factor, interpersonal sensitivity factor in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, there was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）;the overall satisfaction of observation group was 90.63% , significantly higher than that in the control group（81.25% ）;the chaperone rate of family members of patients in the observation group was 25.71%, significantly lower than that in the control group（46.78%）,there were significant different between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Cardiovascular medicine patients are given quality care on the basis of conventional care, can effectively improve the quality of care, improve patient satisfaction and quality of life, it is worthy of clinical use.
