埃索美拉唑四联1周疗法根除幽门螺杆菌临床研究

目的：探讨埃索美拉唑四联1周疗法根除幽门螺杆菌（HP）的临床疗效。方法幽门螺杆菌阳性的胃溃疡、十二指肠溃疡患者80例，随机分为观察组和对照组，各40例，观察组给予埃索美拉唑四联1周疗法，对照组给予埃索美拉唑三联1周疗法，停药1个月后比较两组患者幽门螺杆菌清除率及溃疡愈合率。结果观察组HP根除率95.0%（38/40）显著高于对照组82.5%（33/40）（P＜0.05）；观察组与对照组溃疡愈合率分别为92.5%、90.0%，两者差异无统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论埃索美拉唑四联1周疗法在根除幽门螺杆菌时临床效果显著，可广泛推广。

Clinical research of esomeprazole 1 week quadruple therapy in the eradication of helicobacter pylori

Objective To explore the clinical effect of esomeprazole 1 week quadruple therapy in the eradication of helicobacter pylori （HP）. Methods A total of 80 patients with HP-positive gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer were randomly divided into observation group and control group, and each group contained 40 cases. The observation group received esomeprazole 1 week quadruple therapy, and the control group received esomeprazole 1 week triple therapy. Comparison was made on the HP eradication rate and ulcer healing rate between the two groups after 1 month of drug withdrawal. Results HP eradication rate of the observation group was 95.0% （38/40）, which was obviously higher than 82.5% （33/40） of the control group （P〈0.05）. The ulcer healing rates of the observation group and the control group were 92.5%and 90.0%respectively, and the difference had no statistical significance （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Esomeprazole 1 week quadruple therapy in the eradication of HP has significant effect, and it can be widely promoted.
