苯磺酸氨氯地平片联合坎地沙坦酯治疗老年性高血压的临床疗效评估

目的探讨苯磺酸氨氯地平片联合坎地沙坦酯治疗老年性高血压的临床疗效及安全性。方法将102例老年性高血压患者随机分为两组:治疗组(51例)患者接受苯磺酸氨氯地平片联合坎地沙坦酯治疗,对照组(51例)患者仅给予苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗,观察两组的临床疗效和不良反应情况。结果治疗后,两组患者血压均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组患者血压低于对照组(P<0.05);降压总有效率治疗组为90.20%,对照组为78.43%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均未见严重不良反应。结论苯磺酸氨氯地平片联合坎地沙坦酯治疗老年性高血压的疗效优于单用氨氯地平片,且耐受性较好,未见明显不良反应。

Clinical Effects of Amlodipine plus Candesartan in the Treatment of the Elderly Hypertension

Objective To study the therapeutic effects and safety of amlodipine plus candesartan in the treatment of the elderly hypertensive patients.Methods One hundred and two cases of elderly hypertensive were randomly divided into treating group and control group.51 cases of the treating group were treated with amlodipine plus candesartan,and 51 cases of the control group with amlodipine.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,all patients'blood pressure decreased significantly(P < 0.05);the treating group lower than the control group(P < 0.05).The total effective rate in the treating group(90.20%) was significantly higher than in the control group(78.43%)(P < 0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion The curative effects of the union of the two drugs to treat elderly hypertensive patients is better than single amlodipine with better tolerance,and no obvious adverse reaction.
