摘    要:缺血/再灌注损伤(IRI)是体外循环心内直视手术常见的并发症,甚至是导致死亡的主要原因,其确切机制目前尚未明了,胰岛素抵抗可能是其发生机制之一,而心肌胰岛素抵抗的产生与葡萄糖转运蛋白4的表达降低和转位异常有密切关系。p38MAPK作为分裂原激活的蛋白激酶家族的一员,在许多生物效应中发挥着重要的作用,与缺血/再灌注损伤、胰岛素抵抗、葡萄糖转运等有着密切关系,p38MAPK可能参与缺血/再灌注损伤心肌胰岛素抵抗的过程。

Abstract:Ischemia-reperfusion injury is a common complication of cardiopulmonary bypass in openheart surgery,and even the main reason leading to death,the precise mechanism is not yet clear.Recent studies have found that insulin resistance may be one of the mechanisms.And another study found that myocardial insulin resistance is related to both decreased expression and abnormal transposition of glucose transporter protein 4(Glut4).p38MAPK is a member of mitogen activated protein kinase family,playing an important role in many biological effect,closely related with ischemia-reperfusion injury,insulin resistance,glucose transport.And studies have shown that p38MAPK may be involved in the process of insulin resistance of the myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury.
