改良子宫输卵管造影在输卵管性不孕症诊断中的应用

目的探讨改良子宫输卵管造影术在输卵管性不孕症诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2010年2月至2012年12月深圳市福田区妇幼保健院收治的输卵管性不孕症患者286例,对子宫输卵管造影的情况进行回顾性分析。结果 286例患者输卵管造影均获得了成功,子宫形态正常275例,各种原因的形态异常11例;输卵管双侧通畅25例,261例患者输卵管存在不同程度梗阻,19例造影中发现输卵管梗阻,加压推注造影剂后恢复畅通。轻度碘变态反应7例,腹痛13例。结论改良的子宫输卵管造影术在育龄妇女输卵管性不孕症的诊断中具有重要作用。

The Diagnostic Value of Improved Hysterosalpingography in Female Infertility

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of improved hysterosalpingography in female infertility.Methods The hysterosalpingography data of 286 patients diagnosed in Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Futian District from Feb.2010 to Dec.2012 were retrospectively analyzed.Results Fallopian tube recanalization of the 286 patients'were achieved,uterine shape was normal in 275 cases,uterine shape was abnormal caused by different reasons in 11 cases,double fallopian tubes were unobstructed in 25 cases,fallopian tubes in 261 cases were obstructed in different degrees,fallopian tubes in 19 cases were revealed with obstruction in the process of radiography,recanalized after injecting contrast medium with pressure.Mild allergic reaction of iodine was seen in 7 cases,abdominal pain was seen in 13 cases.Conclusion Improved hysterosalpingography has a great value in the diagnosis of tubal infertility.
