外伤性颅内血肿后脑梗死的CT表现及诊断价值

目的探讨外伤性颅内血肿后脑梗死CT表现及诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2005年8月至2011年5月在深圳市宝安区西乡人民医院就治的50例外伤性颅内血肿后脑梗死患者的CT表现等临床资料,总结外伤性颅内血肿后脑梗死的CT表现。结果 50例患者入院后首次CT检查除4例阴性外,均出现不同性质及程度的颅内血肿;24 h内复查CT,颅内血肿范围不同程度增大,13例出现脑梗死,36例行开颅去骨瓣减压术或血肿清除术;72 h复查,37例出现脑梗死。结论外伤性颅内血肿后脑梗死CT表现有一定特点,螺旋CT检查方便、快捷,分辨率高,对外伤性颅内血肿后脑梗死的诊断有很大价值。

CT Findings and Its Diagnostic Value for Traumatic Intracranial Hematoma Complicated by Cerebral Infarction

Objective To study CT performance and diagnostic value of CT scan for cerebral infarction after traumatic intracranial hematoma.Methods CT performance and other clinical data of 50 cases of cerebral infarction secondary to traumatic intracranial hematoma were retrospectively analyzed,CT performance of which was summarized.All the patinas were from Xixiang People's Hospital in Baoan District Shenzhen during Aug.2005 and May 2011.Results In the first CT scan of the 50 cases,all the patients appeared different natures and degrees of intracranial hematoma except four cases of negative performance;reexamination of CT scan within 24 hours,the range of intracranial hematoma expanded by different degrees,including 13 cases of cerebral infarction,and 36 cases were given decompressive craniectomy or hematoma evacuation;at 72 h recheck,cerebral infarction occurred in 37 cases.Conclusion The CT performance of traumatic intracranial hematoma to cerebral infarction have certain characteristics.Spiral CT examination is convenient,quick with high resolution,which has great value to the diagnosis of to cerebral infarction after traumatic intracranial hematoma.
