脑卒中单元的研究进展

随着医学模式的转变以及社会的人口老龄化,建立和完善有中国特色的脑血管病综合管理模式十分紧迫,探索并建立符合中国国情的脑卒中单元模式也无疑具有深远的意义。该文在分析和研究国外脑卒中单元建设历史和最新进展的基础上,提出应发挥中医整体诊疗观念和辨证施治优势,将中西药物、康复、针灸和推拿等方法有机结合,从而降低脑卒中患者的病死率及致残率,减少并发症,提高生活质量,形成真正具有中国特色的中西医结合脑卒中单元。

Research Progress in Cerebral Stroke Unit

With the transformation of medical model and the aging of the society,the establishment and improvement of cerebral vascular disease management is very urgent,exploring and establishing the stroke unit model in line with China's national conditions have important significance.Based on study of stroke unit construction abroad,we should exert the concept of"diagnosing and treating the patient as a whole"of traditional Chinese medicine and syndrome differentiation advantage,combining Chinese and western medicine,rehabilitation,acupuncture,massage and other methods,so as to reduce the mortality,disability rate,reduce complications,and improve the quality of life,forming the stroke unit of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.
