槲皮素与脓毒症相关性的研究进展

槲皮素属膳食黄酮类,广泛存在于自然界中,尤其富含于植物的花、叶、果实中,常以苷的形式存在。它具有明显的抗炎、抗氧化、抗细菌、抗病毒、免疫调节、抗肿瘤等药理作用。脓毒症是严重威胁生命的临床综合征,病死率极高。但目前的治疗远不能降低脓毒症患者的病死率。该文就槲皮素的抗炎机制以及它对脓毒症损害脏器的保护作用进行阐述。

Research Progress in Correlation between Quercetin and Sepsis

Quercetin is a kind of flavonoid widely distributed in the nature,especially in plant flowers,leaves and fruits.It is known to have multiple beneficial biological,pharmacological,and medicinal properties including anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,antiviral,antineoplastic,immune regulatory and cytoprotective effects.Sepsis is a serious clinical syndrome with high mortality.Existing therapy can not reduce the mortality.Here is to make a review of quercetin' s anti-inflammatory mechanism and its protective effect on sepsis damaged organs.
