脓毒症与心功能障碍的关系研究进展

脓毒症是指由局部或全身感染引起的全身性炎性反应综合征。近年来,脓毒症的发病率呈日趋增高的趋势,且其病死率仍居高不下。导致脓毒症死亡的原因很多,其中心功能的障碍是重要原因之一。目前对脓毒症导致心功能障碍的机制尚无确切定论,涉及细菌毒素、细胞因子、氧自由基、补体系统、自主神经系统、线粒体损伤导致能量代谢障碍等多方面。其中,心肌能量代谢的障碍在心功能障碍过程中发挥着重要作用。

Research Progress in Relationship between Sepsis and Cardiac Dysfunction

Sepsis refers to the local or systemic infection caused by systemic inflammatory response syndrome.In recent years the incidence of sepsis is increasingly higher,and the mortality is still high.There are many reasons leading to sepsis death,and the cardiac function obstacle is one of the important reasons.The mechanism leading to cardiac function barrier is not explicit exactly.The mechanisms involvingbacterial toxin,cell factor,oxygen free radical,complement system,the autonomic nervous system,mitochondrial damage caused energy metabolic disorders and other aspects.The myocardial energy metabolism disorder in cardiac function obstacle plays an important role in the process.
