| 摘 要： | 道德和伦理是人类社会发展的需要。为了科学的发展，科学技术工作者需要严守职立道德和面对伦理的论争。今日，由于科学技术的迅速发展，科学技术和社会的关系发生了质的变化，人类对“自我”也有了新的认识，因此，也对科技工作者应具有的道德和伦理责任提出了新的挑战。

| Abstract: | Morality and Ethics are rooted in the development of human society. Scientists should be strict with their professional morality and positively face ethics- related arguments, nowadays, based on the rapid development of Science ＆Technology, the relationship between science and society and the recognition of ＂self＂ have been changed fundamentally, which have caused new challenges to scientists in the fields of morality and ethics. |
