80例男性不育症病因学新探

采用多聚酶链反应（RCR）技术．对80例男性不育症者进行生殖道解脲支原体（Uu）及沙眼衣原体（CT）检测，结果Uu－DNA阳性25例，CT－DNA阳性13例，3例Uu－DNA、CT－DNA均为阳性，经此病因学调查发现NGU（非淋菌尿道炎）与男性不育有密切关系。在治疗过程中首先治愈UU和CT感染后，再给予中医分型辨证施治,疗效明显提高。

Etiological study on 80 sterility men

By the technigue of polymerase chain reaction (PCR), 80 sterility men arechecked ureaplasma urealyticum (Un) DNA and Chlamydia trachomatis (CT) DNA withleucorrhoea. Among them 25 cases Un DNA are positive, 13 cases CT DNA are positive,and3 cases are mix-infected with Un DNA CT. The cure rate of these patients is greatlyincreased compared with the case before using PCR examination and this difference hasoutstanding significance. The results indicate that the infection of Un and CT is very importantfactors to sterility.
