检测血清表皮生长因子与β-HCG在异位妊娠诊断中的价值

目的:探讨血清表皮生长因子、β-HCG检测在异位妊娠诊断中的价值。方法:采用竞争性免疫放射分析法测定2004年6月～2005年1月我院妇科48例异位妊娠患者手术前后、25例先兆流产患者安胎治疗前后、33例正常宫内早孕者、31例健康非孕期妇女静脉血清标本表皮生长因子含量,采用微粒子酶免分析法测定其β-HCG值。结果:①EP患者术前两次血EGF含量无显著差异,P>0.05,但与先兆流产患者、正常宫内早孕者、健康非孕妇女血EGF含量有显著性差异,P<0.05。②研究对象血清EGF水平与β-HCG水平的相关性低。结论:EP患者血清EGF值显著低于正常宫内早孕者;检测简便、快捷,对辅助诊断EP有一定价值。

The study on the value of serum epidermal growth factor、β - human chorionic gonadotropin in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy

Objective:To probe the value of the serum epidermal growth factor、β-human chorionic gonadotropin in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:To adopt competitive radioimmunoassay method to examine the volume of the specimen blood serum epidermal growth factor of 48 EP patients,25 patients diagnosed threatened abortion,33 women diagnosed normal forepart intrauterine pregnancy,31 healthy women not in pregnancy.Results:①There is no notable difference in the EGF volumes between the former two times of vein blood of the EP patients,P>0.05,but there is notable difference between them and that of women of normal intrauterine forepart pregnancy and normal healthy women not in pregnancy,P<0.05;②The relativity between the blood serum EGF value and blood β-HCG value of EP patients is low.Conclusion:The blood serum EGF value of EP patients is lower than that of women with normal forepart intrauterine pregnancy notably.The checking method is very simple and soon which can be helpful to diagnose EP.
