| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨前路减压植骨融合治疗脊髓型颈椎病的临床疗效.方法 对28例脊髓型颈椎病患者采用前路减压Cage植入融合植骨和/或钢板内固定融合的方法进行治疗,并进行随访观察.结果 经过平均17个月的观察随访,患者神经功能明显改善,JOA评分由术前平均9.0分,恢复到术后平均15.2分,椎间植骨全部融舍,无钢板、螺纹钉断裂、松动.结论 前路减压植骨融合固定是脊髓型颈椎病的首选手术方法,是简单易行和十分有效的手术方式.只要规范操作,都能取得良好的手术效果.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical effect of cervical spondylotic myelopathy treated with anterior cervical decomoression and autologous bone graft fusion.Methods 28 cases of diagnosed cervical spondylotic myelopathy were treated with anterior cervical decompression and autologous iliac bone graft fusion,allograft cage implantation or cervical plate implantation.All the cases were followed up.Results Follow-up was scheduled after treatment(average 17 months) and the JOA score rose from 9.0 points before operation to 15.2 points after operation.Complete fusion of bone graft was observed in all cases.There was no breakage and loosening of the plates and the screws.Conclusion Anterior cervical decompression and autologous bone graft fusion is safe and efficient for cervical spondylotic myelopathy. |
