舒血宁注射液结合脑脊液置换术治疗蛛网膜下腔出血疗效观察

摘    要:目的探讨舒血宁注射液结合脑脊液置换术治疗蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)的临床疗效.方法观察采用舒血宁注射液结合脑脊液置换术治疗蛛网膜下腔出血70例(治疗组)与未加用舒血宁注射液结合脑脊液置换术治疗蛛网膜下腔出血66例(对照组)的治疗效果、头痛消失时间、脑血管痉挛(CV S)、脑积水以及再出血发生率.结果治疗组总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05);头痛缓解时间缩短(P<0.05);再出血率(P<0.05)、脑血管痉挛发生率(P<0.05)、脑积水发生率(P<0.05)降低.结论舒血宁注射液结合脑脊液置换术能有效地改善蛛网膜下腔出血的症状,提高治愈率,预防脑血管痉挛,防止脑积水,对降低病死率具有重要作用.

Abstract:Objective: TO study the clinical effect of Shunxuening injection and spinal fluid replacement method on subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH). Method: 70 cases of SAH were treated with injection of Shunxuening and spinal fluid replacement besides routine therapy; and 66 cases were treated only with routine therapy were set up as the control group. Restoration time of headache, cerebrovascular spasm (CVS), hydrocephalus, recurrence rate of rebleeding were detected. Result: Compared with the control group, the treatment group has higher effective rate (P<0.05), and shorter restoration time of headache (P<0.05), and less recurrence rate of hemorrhage (P<0.05), and lower incidence of cerebrovascular spasm (P<0.05), and lower incidence of hydrocephalus (P<0.05). Conclusion: Shunxuening injection combined with spinal fluid replacement could improve the symptoms of SAH, increase the cure rate, and decrease the incidence of cerebrovascular spasm and hydrocephalus. It has significant effect of decreasing the mortality of SAH.
