| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨修复鼻部缺损的最佳方法及手术注意事项。方法：选择129例鼻部外伤后缺损患，利用耳廓复合组织块移植修复鼻部缺损，观察其临床效果。结果：93％以上病人鼻部缺损得以修复且外形明显改观，并发症较少。结论：耳廓复合组织块移植是修复鼻部缺损的较好方法。
