复方含氯泡腾片的杀菌效果观察

目的观察复方含氯泡腾片的消毒效果。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和现场试验方法,对该消毒片实验室和现场消毒效果进行了观察。结果用含有效氯400 mg/L的该消毒片溶液作用20 min,对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭对数值5.00;含有效氯200 mg/L该泡腾片溶液作用15 min,对悬液内大肠杆菌的杀灭对数值5.00。用含有效氯400 mg/L的消毒片溶液对物体表面擦拭消毒20 min,对其表面自然菌杀灭对数值均1.00。用含有效氯500 mg/L的消毒片溶液浸泡作用30min,对黄瓜表面人工污染的大肠杆菌杀灭对数值均3.00。结论该含氯泡腾片对细菌繁殖体有较好的杀菌作用,对物体表面自然菌的杀灭效果可达到消毒合格。

STUDY ON GERMICIDAL EFFICACY OF COMPOUND CHLORIC EFFERVESENT TABLET

Objective To observe the germicidal efficacy of the compound chloric effervescent tablet.Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test and field trial were used to carry out the experiment.Results The killing logarithm values of Staphylococcus aureus exposed to the solution containing available chloric 400 mg/L for 20 min,of Escherichia coli exposed to the solution containing available chloric 200 mg/L for 15 min were above 5.00.In field trial,the killing logarithm value of nature bacteria on the object surface was above 1.00 by wiping the disinfection solution containing available chloric 400 mg/L for 20 min.The killing logarithm value of E.coli on the cucumber was above 3.00 by soaked in the disinfectant solution containing available chloric 500mg/L for 30 min.Conclusions The compound chloric effervescent tablet has good germicidal efficacy for bacterial and was qualified for disinfection the object surface.
