改良腹透导管植管法在战伤后急性肾功能衰竭中应用的探讨

目的：探讨改良腹透导管植管法在战伤后急性肾功能衰竭中的应用。方法：先植入无绦纶套的腹透导管，两周后取出此导管并沿着原隧道将标准Tenckhoff导管送入腹腔。结果：植人法全部成功，均未损伤内脏器官；植管所需时间为10～15分钟；植管并发症：导管堵管5例(6．9％)，管周漏液9例(12．5％)。结论：改良腹透导管植管法操作简单、快速、安全、成功率高及导管堵管率低，适合在战伤后急性肾功能衰竭中应用。

Application of Modified Implantation of Peritoneal Dialysis Catheter to Acute Renal Failure After War Injury

Objective To explore the application of modified implantation of peritoneal dialysis catheter to acute renalfailute after war injury.Methods Peritoneal dialysis catheter without Dacron coat was implanted at first.Two weeks later it was ex-tracted,and a standard Tenckhoff catheter was transmitted into the abdominal cavity along the channel of the implantation.ResultsImplantations without visceral injury were successful in all the patients.The implantation spent 10 to 15 minutes in every case.Thecatheters were obstructed in 5 cases(6.9%)and the peritubular leakage of fliud occurred in 9 cases(12.5%).Conclusions Themodified implantation of peritoneal didysis catheter,which is simple,quick and safe,and has a higher successful rate and a lower ob-structed catheter rate,is a method suitable for the patients with acute renal failure after war injury.
