血栓心脉宁对高脂血症患者粘附分子的影响

目的 :探讨血栓心脉宁对高脂血症患者血清可溶性粘附分子含量的影响。方法 :高脂血症患者 32例使用血栓心脉宁治疗 12周 ,观察治疗前后血清可溶性内皮细胞白细胞粘附分子 (sELAM)、可溶性细胞间粘附分子 1(sICAM 1)、可溶性血管细胞粘附分子 1(sVCAM 1)水平 ,及血清白细胞介素 Iβ(IL Iβ)、肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF)浓度的变化。结果 ,治疗8周后 ,高脂血症患者血清sELAM、sICAM 1水平显著下降 (P <0 0 1) ,sVCAM 1无明显变化 (P >0 0 5 ) ,sELAM、sICAM 1水平均与血清总胆固醇呈正相关 (P <0 0 0 5及P <0 0 1) ,与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇呈负相关 (P <0 0 1) ,血清IL Iβ含量下降 (P <0 0 0 5及P <0 0 1) ,与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇呈负相关 (P <0 0 1) ,血清IL Iβ含量下降 (P <0 0 5 ) ,血清TNF无明显变化 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :血栓心脉宁可降低高脂血症患者血清可溶性细胞粘附分子水平。

The Effects of Xueshuanxinmaining on Cell Adhesion Molecules in Dyslipidemia Patients

Objective:To investigate the effects of Xueshuanxinmaining on soluble cell adhesion molecules in serum in dyslipidemia.Methods:32 patients with dyslipidemia treated with Xueshuanxinmaining for 12 weeks.Before and after the therapy,serum soluble endothelial leucocyte adhesion molecule (sELAM),soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1),soluble vascular cell molecule-1(sVACAM-1)were examined.Serum interleukin-Iβ(IL-Iβ)and tumour mecrosis factor (TNF)were tested as well.Result:After the treatment,sELAM,sLCAM-1 were reduced markedly(both P<0.01),but sVCAM-1 were not reduced significantly(P>0.05).sELAM and sICAM-1 were positively correlated with TC(P<0.005 and P<0.01)and negatively with HDL-C(both P<0.01).Serum IL-Iβ was declined (P<0.05).Serum TNF were not reduced(P>0.05).Conclusion:Xueshuanxinmaining could reduced serum soluble adhesion molecules in dyslipidemic patients.
