| 摘 要： | 目的:考察洁肤擦剂对动物皮肤的毒性作用。方法:用健康豚鼠进行皮肤急性毒性过敏性试验,用健康家兔进行皮肤刺激性试验。结果:洁肤擦剂对豚鼠无皮肤急性吸收毒性,对完整皮肤、破损皮肤无致敏作用,对家兔完整皮肤、破损皮肤有轻微刺激,４８ｈ后逐渐恢复正常。结论:洁肤擦剂用于治疗湿疹、皮炎、瘙痒等是比较安全的。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the toxicity on skin by the Jiefu embrocation. Method: Acute skin toxicity and allergy lest on goodhealth guinea pig, skin irritation test on goodhealth rabbit. Results: Jiefu embrocation has no acute toxicity and hypersensitive effects to the integrity or damaged skin of guinea pig. Mild irritation on the integrity or damaged skin of rabbit was observed, but it got normal after 48 hours. Conclusion: It is safe by using Jiefu embrocation to treat eczema or itch of skin. |
