2 年内远处转移鼻咽癌28 例分析

 目的 探讨鼻咽癌放射治疗后2年内发生远处转移的影响因素及干预措施。方法 统计2000年及2001年两年首程放射治疗（Ⅲ期、Ⅳa期加辅助化疗）的鼻咽癌303例，治疗后2年内发生远处转移28例，分析其影响因素及辅助化疗的作用。结果 远处转移发生与N分期有关（P〈0．05），加用辅助化疗的Ⅲ、Ⅲ。期病例远处转移发生率与单纯放疗的Ⅰ、Ⅱ期病例相似（P〉0．05）。结论 辅助化疗能减少晚期鼻咽瘤患者远处转移发生率，晚期鼻咽癌病例应综合治疗。

Analysis of 28 Cases Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma with Distant Metastasis Within 2 Years

Objective 　To evaluate the influence factors and interfere ways of nasopharyngeal carcinoma occurred distant metastasis with in 2 years af ter completion of the radiation t reatment . Methods 　Statisticses January 2000 to December 2001 , 303 nasopharyngeal carcinoma cases t reated by radiotherapy ( the Ⅲ、Ⅳa stage patient s plus chemotherapy) ,28 cases occurred distant metastasis within 2 years , analyze its influence factor and the effect of chemotherapy. Results 　The distant metastasis there are significance difference among N stage. But no significance difference between the Ⅲ, Ⅲa stage patient s plus chemotherapy and the Ⅰ, Ⅱ stage patient s with radiotherapy only ( P > 0. 05) . Conclusion 　Chemotherapy adjunctive to radiotherapy is benefit to locally advanced patients , could reduce the rate of distant metastasis.
