多弹头射频联合支气管动脉灌注治疗老年人肺癌的疗效观察

目的探讨CT导引下多弹头射频联合支气管动脉灌注化疗药物治疗老年人肺癌的近期疗效。方法46例确诊为肺癌的老年患者首先进行多弹头射频治疗,7天后进行支气管动脉灌注化疗,共灌注1~3次,灌注间隔4~6周。对照组36例,单纯进行支气管动脉灌注化疗,药物用量同观察组。结果观察组有效率为54.3%、半年生存率为95.7%、1年生存率为80.0%,对照组有效率为30.6%、半年生存率为77.8%、1年生存率为52.8%。两组之间差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论多弹头射频联合支气管动脉灌注化疗治疗肺癌近期疗效确切、痛苦小,是目前较为理想的综合性治疗手段。

Therapeutic efficacy of radiofrequency ablation combining bronchial artery infusion in lung cancer of the old

Objective To evaluate the recent efficacy of radiofrequency (RF) ablation guided by CT combined with bronchial artery infusion (BAI) in lung cancer of the old. Methods Fourty-six patients underwent RF ablation and were treated with BAI 7 days later at intervals of 4-6 weeks, 36 cases were treated with BAI only. Resuts The efficacy of the two groups was 54.3% and 30.6% respectively, half one year survival rate was 95.7% and 77.8% respectively, one year survival rate was 80.0% and 52.8% respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion It is effective, less suffering that lung cancer of the old are treated with RF ablation combined with BAI, and it is an ideal comprehensiv method for the treatment of lung cancer.
