移植肾动脉狭窄介入治疗4例

目的经皮血管腔内成形术（Percutaneous Transluminal Angioplasty PTA）并支架置入治疗移植肾动脉狭窄。方法对同种异体肾移植术后并发移植肾动脉狭窄的4例患者，应用PTA方法扩张狭窄段，同时于狭窄处动脉内置入内支架，解除狭窄。结果4例患者移植肾动脉狭窄被成功解除，术后高血压消失或明显改善、肾功能均恢复正常，蛋白尿消失。结论PTA并网状支架血管内置入治疗TRAs见效快，创伤小，与开放的外科手术比较，具有损伤小、成功率高、适应证广，是一种安全有效的治疗方法，可作为首选。
