| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨ＣＴ扫描在胸腰椎爆裂骨折诊断及分型中的价值。方法：回顾性分析７２例胸腰椎爆裂骨折的ＣＴ扫描资料。结果：单椎体骨折５８例，多椎体１４例。骨折累及二柱或三柱，椎体常爆裂成多块，椎体后缘骨碎块占７７．５％，易致椎管狭窄（Ｐ＜０．００１）。附件骨折发生率高（５７．５％），可分为Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄ、Ｅ型。结论：ＣＴ在显示胸腰椎爆裂骨折及椎体后缘骨碎块上的优势明显，对诊断、分型、判断失稳及椎管狭窄程度上有重要价值
