| 摘 要： | 目的:研究蒺藜总皂苷(STT)对于营养性肥胖大鼠糖脂代谢的影响。方法:利用高脂高糖饲料诱导营养性肥胖大鼠模型,STT灌胃治疗6w,测定与胰岛素抵抗和高脂血症相关的各项身体和血液指标。结果:STT能够有效控制肥胖大鼠体重增加,显著降低血脂水平,同时还可以提高肥胖大鼠的胰岛素敏感性,对口服糖耐量的改善效果与罗格列酮相当。结论:STT具有降低血脂,控制肥胖,提高胰岛素敏感性的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the effects of saponins from Tribulus terrestris L. (STT) on the diet-induced obese rats. Method: The rats were fed high fat and high carbohydrate diet to induce obesity,and then treated with STT for 6 w and the items related with insulin resistance and hyperlipidemia were observed. Result: STT could control body weight increase and hyperlipidemia effectively. In the same time, STT improved the insulin sensitivity and had a similar effect to Rosiglitazone in oral glucose tolerance test. Conclusion: STT can prevent hyperlipidemia and obesity and improve the insulin sensitivity in diet-induced obese rats. |
