青壮年股骨颈骨折内固定治疗157例的体会

目的：探讨骨瓣移植在青壮年股骨颈骨折空心钉内固定中应用的效果。方法：2000年1月至2008年1月,在治疗青壮年股骨颈骨折中采用空心钉内固定加带血管蒂骨瓣38例（组1）：采用空心钉内固定加肌骨瓣49例（组2）;采用空心钉内固定加游离骨瓣治疗股骨颈骨折36例（组3）;单纯采用空心钉内固定股骨颈骨折34例（组4）。结果：术后随访157例,术后12～50个月。术后无感染、退钉、骨瓣松动等现象。组1有2例术后股骨头坏死,组2有3例股骨头坏死。组3有2例术后股骨头坏死。组4有9例股骨头坏死。结论：三种骨瓣移植方式在股骨颈骨折空心钉内固定中应用的效果无明显差异。但三者与未使用骨瓣组有显著统计学差异。

The Apprehension about the Femoral Neck Fracture Internal Fixation in Young People among 157 Cases

Objective： To study the price about the bone graft used in femoral neck fracture cannulated screw internal fixation.Methods： Among the 38 cases after cannulated screw internal fixation with vascular pedicle-bone graft（module1）;Among the 49 cases after cannulated screw internal fixation with Muscle-bone graft（module2）;Among the 36 cases with free bone graft（module3）;Among the 34 cases just used cannulated screw internal fixation（module4）.From January of 2000 to January of 2008.Results： Regular follow-up continued 12-50 months.We haven＇t found the phenomenon about the infection、the loosening about cannulated screw or bone graft.The module1 has 2 cases which has the femoral head necrosis.The module2 has 3 cases.The module2 has 2 cases.The module4 has 9 cases.Conclusion： there were no significant differences In comparison with using free bone graft.But,these have statistical differences obviously compared to module 4.
