| 摘 要： | 目的：观察胶原酶治疗腰椎间盘突出的疗效。方法：对1218例不同程度的腰椎间盘突出患者进行椎旁穿刺，注入胶原酶1200u进行溶解治疗。结果：91％的患者取得较好疗效，9％的患者疗效欠佳。结论：胶原酶是治疗腰椎间盘突出的一种有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of collagenase nueleolysis therapy for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods： One thousand two hundred and eighteen cases of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were treated with collagenase （1200 u）. Results： Therapeutic effect of ninty-one percent cases was fine, and that of nine percent was not fine. Conclusion： Collagenase nucleolysis therapy is a very useful method for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. |
