2168例电视腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床观察

目的：探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术的适应症及适用人群。方法：回顾分析我院1998-2007年2168例腹腔镜胆囊切除术的疾病种类及年龄、性别分布。结果：胆结石伴慢性胆囊炎1994例占91.97%,胆囊息肉106例,占4.89%,急性胆囊炎伴胆囊结石68例,占3.14%;男性575例,占26.52%,女性1693例,占73.48%;年龄〈20岁21例,占0.97%,21-55岁1570例,占72.70%,56-65岁363例,占16.74%,年龄〉66岁208例,占9.59%,最小年龄15岁,最大年龄84岁。手术中转59例,占2.72%。结论：慢性胆囊炎、胆囊结石、胆囊良性隆起样病变是腹腔镜胆囊切除术的主要适应症;腹腔镜胆囊切除术适用于各年龄段的患者。

The Analysis of 2168 Cases of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

Objective：To investigate the applicable illness and the people who has fallen ill that was suitable for LC.Methods：To analyses retrospectively the area about the different kinds of the clinical diseases,the ages and sexual distinction of the patients in 1998-2007.Results：Of the overall 2168 cases of LC in this series,1994 cases about calculus of gallbladder with chronic cholecystitis was 91.97%.68cases about calculus of gallbladder with acute cholecystitis was 3.14%.106 cases about polypoidlesion of gallbladder was 4.89%. The male patients in 575 cases was
26.52%, 1693 cases on the females was 73.48%. The patients were divided into 4 groups. The first group before 20 years old in 21 cases was 0.97%, The second overall 21-55 years old in 1570 cases was 72.70%. The third overall 56 65 years old in 363 cases was 16.74%. The last group older than 66 in 208 cases was 9.59%. The youngest was 15 years old, the oldest was 84 years. Among all the cases of LC, 59 causes was converted to laparotomy taking up 2. 72%. Conclusion： Laparoscope cholecystectomy should be done mainly in patients with chronic cholecystitis, Calculus of gallbladder and benign apophysis lesions of the gallbladder,and suitable for patients in all ages.
