原发性肝癌经肝动脉插管化疗栓塞（TACE）治疗25例疗效分析

目的：探讨原发性肝癌经血管介入治疗的临床疗效。方法：对2006年1月至2007年6月我院诊治的25例原发性肝癌行血管介入肝动脉化疗栓塞（TACE）治疗后进行随访和回顾性分析,其中男性10例,女性15例。年龄（48±1.8）岁。所有患者术前均行AFP,CT及彩超检查。术中经股动脉穿刺插管至肝动脉造影,经肿块供血动脉注入化疗药物,用碘化油栓塞。术后3个月,6个月再次行AFP,CT及彩超检查并再次行肝动脉化疗栓塞。结果：TA-CE均获成功,术后经3次以上复查再行肝动脉化疗栓塞,肝脏肿块明显缩小,1例患者复查彩超,CT,AFP等均正常。结论：肝动脉化疗栓塞治疗不能手术切除的原发性肝癌是首选的治疗方法,术后应随访AFP,彩超或CT,及时发现复发,并再行介入栓塞。

Effective Analyses on Vascular Interventional Treatment of 25 Primary Liver Cancer Patients

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of hepatic arterial chemoembolization in the treating primary liver cancer.Methods：Following up and retrospective analyze 25 primary liver cancer patients（male,10;female,15） treated by hepatic arterial chemoembolization in our hospital from January,2006 to June,2007.The mean age was ？ year.All the patients underwent the examinations of AFP,CT and ultrasound before the operation.The patients were performed with hepatic arteriography,then the chemotherapeutics were injected in and iodinated oil was injected later for local embolism of the mass. The patients all came back postoperative 3 months, 6 months and later for the examination of AFP, CT and ultrasound. Seeing the review the patients would undergo several times interventional therapy. Results： All of the interventional therapy got success. Conclusion： Hepatic arterial chemoembolization in the treating primary liver cancer was recommended. We should follow up the data of AFP, ultrasound or CT and discover the tumor-recurrence so as to interventional therapy again.
