腹部闭合性损伤内脏破裂出血的超声诊断

目的：探讨超声检查在腹部闭合性损伤内脏破裂出血的应用价值。方法：对92例腹部闭合性损伤内脏破裂出血患者进行全面、细致的超声检查，并收集其手术、病理结果。结果：本组病例超声与手术结果完全相符者83例（占90．2％），基本相符者6例（占6．5％），漏诊3例（占3．3％）。其中脾破裂49例，肝破裂16例，肾破裂14例，胰腺损伤1例，肠破裂6例，复合性内脏破裂6例。92例患者均伴有腹腔积液，超声检出率100％（92／92）。结论：超声能迅速、较准确地对腹部闭合性损伤内脏破裂出血作出诊断，尤其诊断实质性脏器破裂比空腔脏器破裂更有特异性，具有重要的临床价值。

Study of Ultrasound on the Diagnosis of Patients with Visceral Rupture Bleeding Secondary to Closed Abdominal Trauma

Objective： To ultrasonography in blunt abdominal trauma bleeding visceral application. Methods： Ninty -two cases of blunt abdominal trauma patients with bleeding visceral comprehensive, detailed ultrasound examination and the collection of its operation and pathology results. Results： The ultrasound and surgical cases, fully in line with the results of 83 cases （90.2% ）, the basic line with 6 cases （6.5%）, missed three cases （3.3%）. Of which 49 cases of splenic rupture, 16 cases of rupture of liver, 14 cases of kidney rupture, pancreatic injury in 1 case, 6 cases of intestinal rupture, composite six eases of rupture of internal organs. 92 cases of patients with ascites, ultrasound detection rate of 100% （92/92）. Conclusion： Ultrasound can detect visceral rupture bleeding rapidly and accurately, in particular substantive organ diagnosis of rupture than a more specific breakdown of hollow organs, has important clinical value.
