四川汶川地震伤员心理状况及陪伴调查分析

目的：了解汶川地震住院伤员心理及陪伴情况。方法：使用自行设计问卷,对180名汶川地震伤员进行问卷调查。结果：54.04%的伤员震后存在恐惧,36.36%和37.88%的伤员存在抑郁和焦虑。20%地震伤员无亲友陪伴;75.56%的伤员希望得到亲友为他们提供生活照顾,63.89%的伤员希望亲友能为他们提供情感支持。结论：较多地震伤员存在焦虑、恐惧、抑郁情绪,大部分地震伤员认为陪伴提供的生活照顾和情感支持很重要,提示护理人员应关注地震伤员陪伴情况,协助伤员获得良好的生活照顾和情感支持。

A Study on the Psychological State and Accompaniers of the Wenchuan Earthquake Injuries

Objective：To understand the psychological state and accompaniers of the Wenchuan earthquake injuries.Methods：180 earthquake injuries were investigated by the questionnaire designed by ourselves.Results：54.04 % of injuries had the feeling of fear,36.36% and 37.88% of the injuries had the mood of anxiety and sadness.20 % of the injuries had no relatives and friends to accompany with.82.64% and 69.44% of the injuries need daily life care and emotional support from their relatives and friends.Conclusion：Many injuries had the feeling of fear,anxiety and sadness.To most of them,emotional support was as important as daily life care,but there were still some of earthquake injuries without any accompaniers.think college students in affected areas of the earthquake were with obvious anxiety and depression and good social supports were the important measures to maintain their mental health.
