| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂（ARB）对PAF患者P波离散度的影响。方法：观察48例阵发性AF患者的最宽P波和P波离散度,并与ARB干预治疗3个月后进行对比分析。结果：ARB治疗3个月后最宽P波、P波离散度及P波离散度≥40 ms的例数与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05或〈0.01）。结论：ARB能减轻PAF患者心房结构重构及电重构,减少AF的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the effect of angiotensin Ⅱ receptor blocker on P wave deviation degree in patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.Methods： Forty-eight patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation had taken angiotensin Ⅱ receptor blocker for three months.The widest P wave and P wave deviation degree was measured before and after treatment.Results： After treatment the widest P wave,P wave deviation degree and the cases of P wave deviation degree ≥40 ms were significantly reduced compared with those before treatment（P〈 0.05 or P〈 0.01）.Conclusion： Angiotensin Ⅱ receptor blocker lessens atrial structure and electric remodeling,and decreases incidence of atrial fibrillation. |
