| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨64层螺旋CT在诊断冠状动脉起源、走行异常中的价值。方法：回顾性分析2007年8月8日至2009年2月1日行冠状动脉64层螺旋CT血管造影检查患者的结果,共635例。对每位患者图像行容积重现（VR）、多平面重建（MPR）、曲面重建（CPR）心脏及冠状动脉,分别观察冠状动脉起始部位、走行情况。结果：635例冠状动脉各段清楚显示,发现冠状动脉起源异常共23例（23/635,3.6%）,以起源于主动脉窦上方为主;发现心肌桥共132例（132/635,20.8%）,以左冠状动脉前降支（LAD）心肌桥为多,共127例（127/132,96.2%）。结论：64层螺旋CT显示冠状动脉与心脏关系直观、准确,在诊断冠状动脉起源、走行中有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Objective：To discuss the clinical application value of 64-slice CT in diagnosis of anomalous coronary artery origination and travelation.Methods：64-slice CT coronary artery angiography data of 635 patients were analyzed retrospectively from August 8,2007 to february 1,2009.All cases were used volume rendering（VR）,multiplanar reconstruction（MPR）,curved planar reformat（CPR）,then observed the origination and travelation of coronary artery.Results：All coronary artery segments of 635 cases demonstrated distinctly. The anomalous originations included 23 cases（3.6% ）. Myocardial bridge 132 （20.80% ）, 127 cases （96.2 % ） myocardial bridge were in left antnterior Descending Artery. Conelusion：64-slice CT demonstrates the relationship of coronary artery and heart directly and accurately. It has significant application value for diagnosis in coronary artery origination and travelation. |
