结直肠癌患者血清巨噬细胞集落刺激因子水平及其临床意义

目的：检测结直肠癌患者血清巨噬细胞集落刺激因子（M-CSF）的含量并探讨其临床意义。方法：采用酶联免疫吸附分析法（ELISA）对62例经病理证实的术前结直肠癌患者、40例结直肠良性病患者和40例健康体检者血清M—CSF水平进行检测。结果：结直肠癌患者血清M—CSF水平明显高于结直肠良性病患者和健康体检者（P〈0．01）；结直肠癌患者血清M—CSF水平与肿瘤分期、淋巴结转移及远处转移有关（P〈0．05），与性别、年龄、分化程度不相关（P〉0．05）。结论：M—CS与结直肠癌的肿瘤分期、淋巴结转移及远处转移有关，可能是一个判断结直肠癌预后的生物学指标。

Serum Level of Macrophage Colony Stimulating Factor in Patients with Colorectal Cancer and its Clinical Significance

Objective： To detect serum levels of macrophage colony stimulating factor （M--CSF） in patients with coloreetal cancer（CRC）and explore its clinical significance. Methods： Serum levels of M--CSF were measured using ELISA in 62 patients with CRC confirmed by pathology, 40 patients with benign colorectal disease and 40 healthy individuals. Association between serum levels of M--CSF and the Clinicopathologie features of CRC were analyzed. Results： The serum M--CSF level in CRC patients were significantly higher than those in benign colorectal disease patients and the healthy individuals（P〈0. 01 for both comparisons）. Serum M-CSF levels were correlated with the clinical stage, lymph node metastasis, and distant metastasis of CRC（P〈0.05 for all comparisons）, but unrelated with sex, age, and degree of the cell differentiation （P〉0. 05 for all comparisons）. Conclusion： Serum M-CSF levels were correlated with the tumor stage, lymph node metastasis,and distant metastasis, probably can be recognized as a biomarker in estimating prognosis for patients with CRC.
