双醋瑞因联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖、双氯芬酸钠治疗骨性关节炎疗效比较

目的：研究双醋瑞因联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖和双氯芬酸钠治疗骨性关节炎的可行性及安全性。方法：选取100例骨性关节炎患者,随机分入双醋瑞因组联合双氯芬酸钠组（A组）、盐酸氨基葡萄糖联合双氯芬酸钠组（B组）、单用双氯芬酸钠组（C组）和双醋瑞因组联合双氯芬酸钠和盐酸氨基葡萄糖组（D组）四组中,用药12周后观察治疗前后临床疗效和综合疗效评分。结果：1.四组治疗方案在VAS评分、关节疼痛度评分方面均有良好改善率;2.D组治疗方案优于A、B、C三组。结论：双醋瑞因联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖和双氯芬酸钠治疗骨性关节炎是可行、安全、优效的方案。

Comparison of the efficacy of diacerein,Glucosamine Hydrochloride and Diclofenac in the Treatment of Osteoarthritis

Objective：To evaluate the efficacy and safety of diacerein,glucosamine hydrochloride and diclofenac in osteoarthritis patients.Methods：There were 100 cases enrolled in the four groups,who were fulfilled with the American College of Rheumatology criterias of knee/hand/hip diacerein.Patients of group A were given diacerein and diclofenac,patients of group B were given glucosamine hydrochloride and diclofenac,patients of group C were given diclofenac,patients of group D were given diacerein,glucosamine hydrochloride and diclofenac for 12 weeks. Results：1. The significant changes were observed in the four groups in joint pain and pain on walking for 20 meters （visual analog scale,VAS） ; 2. the treatment for group D was more effective than those for groups A, B and C. Conclusion： Diacerein, glucosamine hydrochloride and diclofenac provides us an effective and safe approach for treating osteoarthritis.
