缬沙坦对高血压合并糖尿病患者血清脂联素的影响探讨

目的：观察缬沙坦治疗前、后高血压合并糖尿病患者血清脂联素的变化。方法：将我院高血压合并糖尿病患者60例随机分为两组,然后分别给予缬沙坦或氨氯地平治疗至少8周,分析治疗前、后两组间的血清脂联素变化。结果：与治疗前相比较,缬沙坦组显著降低了血清脂联素（P〈0.01）,而氨氯地平组治疗前、后的脂联素改变无显著差异性。结论：与氨氯地平比较,缬沙坦在降压的同时,显著降低了血清脂联素水平。

The Effect of Telmisartan on Adiponectin in Hypertensive Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Objective： To investigate the effect of valsartan on adiponectin in hypertensive patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods： Hypertensive patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were treated either with valsartan or with amlodipine for at least 8 weeks.The serum concentration of fasting adiponectin was measured at baseline and after treatment respectively.Results： A significant improvement was also detected in adiponectin in valsartan group after treatment,but no notable difference was detected in amlodipine group.Conclusion： Compared with amlodipine,valsartan obviously lowers the blood pressure while dropping adiponectin.
